PPI sponge air and liquid filters

Wainvest Europe provided PPI (pores per inch). Their regular, porous and cross-linked structure resembles a sieve. Ideally steel supports against liquids or steel by stopping them. The main ones are liquid filters and air filters.

Technology

The technology of PPI foam with an open-cell structure is based on the correct selection of thousands of plastic bubbles (called cells). They have the window membranes removed and their size and density give the material the desired hardness and filtration properties.

PPI filters supplied by Wainvest Europe often act as an air and liquid filter. Due to its homogeneous and uniform cell structure, the desired filter can be designed taking into account the pressure drop, air flow and efficiency by changing the pore size.
