ESD on Wainvest Europe packaging is made of specialized plastic with a surface resistance of 10 ^ 4-10 ^ 5 Ω, retaining its antistatic properties even at high humidity. The ESD plastic packaging is black and has a few basic grammages, however, with a sufficiently large volume, it is possible to produce on request. Possible formats: pallet spacers, container spacers, boxes, crates, inserts, box and insert systems.
Conductive ESD packaging made of FOIL
The ESD packaging supplied by Wainvest Europe is made of a specialized ESD film with conductive antistatic properties that protect the products against electrostatic discharge. The smooth foil can be welded and the bubble foil additionally protects the product against mechanical damage. The technology used ensures that the material retains its antistatic and conductive properties and is recyclable at the same time.

Conductive ESD packaging made of FOAM
WAINVEST EUROPE packaging made of polyethylene and polyurethane foam, due to its vibration absorption properties, protects products against mechanical damage. In addition, the specialized material and technology used give the packaging made of these foams special antistatic and conductive properties with a surface resistance of 10^4-10^5 Ω. The ESD foam packaging offered by Wainvest Europe can be in the format of sheets, dividers as well as other shapes according to the customer's needs. The foam used is black and recyclable.

Wainvest Europe's metallized foil shielding packaging is used to store and transport products and components sensitive to antistatic discharge. The specialized material from which the packages are made gives them a surface resistance <10 ^ 11 and EMI shielding at the level of E <10 nJ. The bags can be sealed or have a dedicated type of closure. The material used for Wainvest Europe's shielding packaging is recyclable. At the customer's request, we can provide barrier packaging dedicated to vacuum packaging and protecting the packed product against moisture penetration inside the packaging.

Thermoformed ESD packaging from Wainvest Europe is made of specialized raw materials using thermoformed technology. This combination allows the trays to be given the desired shape, very well suited to the transported product, while maintaining antistatic properties. The materials used in the production process give the trays the appropriate strength so that they can be used repeatedly and the product is properly protected against mechanical damage and static electricity.
